FIRE 23 Foundation was born from the inspiring journey of Coach Victor Belandria, a Venezuelan soccer coach based in Katy, Texas. After overcoming personal hardship and pursuing his dream of becoming a professional athlete, Victor discovered that the opportunities and guidance he once received could change the lives of other young people. Today, FIRE 23 carries that vision forward by giving children in underserved communities across Venezuela and Latin America the chance to train, grow, and dream through soccer.

More than a sports foundation, FIRE23 believes that hope is built through opportunity, mentorship, and community. As a trusted partner of United for Venezuela, the foundation is also helping make humanitarian relief possible by receiving financial donations that cover the cost of shipping life-saving supplies to families affected by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela.
